Stress and Anxiety

Stress in small amounts can be stimulating and healthy. But too much stress, or stress endured for too long, can greatly impact your physical and emotional health. Sometimes there is something that can be done about the source of the anxiety, but in some circumstances therapy focuses more on enduring the unavoidable.
